A pair of teenagers have been busted in last week’s shooting death of a 16-year-old Bronx gang member amid a bloody turf war between rival crews, police sources told The Post on Sunday.

The two accused gangbangers, ages 15 and 19, are charged with gunning down Ramon Gil-Medrano in Mount Hope on July 11 in the latest retaliatory hit of a gang war that has left two other teens dead, including a 13-year-old boy, sources said.

Alec McFarland, 15, was arrested in Queens shortly before 6:30 a.m. Saturday and charged with murder in Gil-Medrano’s death, with surveillance video showing him as the shooter, sources said.

16-year-old Ramon Gil-Medrano was a member of the 800 YGz, or “Young Gunnaz” gang.

Fewer than two hours later, police arrested Mehki Williams, 19, in The Bronx and charged him as an accomplice in Gil-Medrano’s death, sources said.

The two suspects had allegedly pulled up to the scene at East 178th Street on a scooter shortly before midnight and opened fire on Gil-Medrano, who was a passenger in a car-for-hire.

Police later found five .9 mm shell casings at the scene.

The driver of the car was not injured and called the police after the shooting.

Cops are looking for two other teens, 16 and 19 years old, who are believed to have also been involved in the fatal shooting.

The shooting was the third in five days in the surging turf war between two gangs.

The death of Gil-Medrano, a reputed member of the 800 YGz, or “Young Gunnaz” gang, was believed to be in retaliation for the earlier fatal shooting of Jaryan “Jay Ripp” Elliot, a 13-year-old reputed member of the Crips gang.

Elliot was shot on Prospect Avenue around 3:15 p.m. on July 11 by a lone gunman who jumped out of a black sedan and opened fire before feeling in the car.
